My Charlie account is great. Customer service people are friendly and helpful. When I had issues with my account money being stolen you were quick to respond and resolve the issue. Thank you for that. I wish you could work on being able to make larger deposits through atm. Be able to write checks too. I love this account.

Very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They are compassionate and understand that when you’re over 62 you need a little extra time to sort out complex directions so they’re very patient. I also enjoy various ways to lock down and selectively, locked down the account to prevent scammers compromising the account highly recommend Charlie. Charlie is my friend for life..

I really enjoy my Charlie account. I get my check 4 or 5 days early. The app is easy to use. If I have to call Charlie the customer service is always helpful no matter what I have to ask them.
