The agent was very helpful and polite I'm only sorry that you are closing my my account at the end of this month. One of the reasons I opened the account was because they may such an issue about monitoring fraudulent charges yet that is why they are closing my account. I didn't make the charges so they shouldn't punish me for the charges going through.
