I love this company!! Recently started drawing social security, with this company I get my money 5 days early. Might not be a big deal to some people but it’s wonderful for me. Some months it helps out tremendously. I also have my pension direct deposited to my account and get that early also. So glad i switched!!

I love receiving my SS payments on the first of the month, which is offered each month by Charlie Financial. I have also experienced excellent customer service each time I have had to contact them. Each time I have had to contact them I have been very satisfied with the service I have been provided.

When I decided to go with an online with banking account I was skeptical about the transition from a brick and mortar bank to A digital bank. My card was lost and I couldn’t find it had it reported and they looked into it but I found it and they unlocked it in no time very quickly so I don’t have any problems
