The service is always quick and professional, and very easy to understand. It's on a different time zone than mine, which can cause an issue since I also happen to work "banker hours", but I have never felt like I wasted my time contacting customer service. Another thing I like, is if I make an unusual for me purchase, the fraud team contacts me immediately to ensure it's legitimate before allowing the transaction to go through.
