The staff is well trained & very helpful; though, the wait times have shown a steady increase (been waiting fir a replacement card for over a week [has the US Postal Service, reverted to ponies for deliveries again]?!

I have had a problem with money being paid to people who should t be taking g it. I called the bank two times and they still have t given me my 16.99 back from. Amazon Prime for this .month. Even though I asked last month not to take the charge out anymore they still took it out again this month. That's a problem not a help.

Having online banking without a brick n mortar bank makes banking difficult . There's no checks , no deposits other then direct deposit and the limits they set on monthly withdrawals makes it impossible to spend your money freely . They say its for my protection but is it ? I got stranded 2 states away while traveling because I reached my 5000 monthly withdrawal limit leaving me w no available cash on hand for the remainder of my vacation .

They lock my debt card when I have tried to pay my bills and I have to call customer service to get it resolved. It is very embarrassing and I need this to be fixed

This is a great substitution for 3rd party payment apps. Charlie is good for, non business owners, to handle their money, but for me, I need my funds, right away always, I can't wait to ask for the money, I have a business to run, and I don't need Charlie to hold my money when I can!!!!
