I have had no problems with this bank…
I have had no problems with this bank always on time no delays got my check week early with 4 percent added to my check every month I can’t say nothing bad always met every Need for me I have to say thank u

Because it is easy to use it it's easy…
Because it is easy to use it it's easy to put money on it and I get a monthly statement I recommend it to all of my friends and family

Best decision I’ve made Mbeen…
My experience with Charlie has been great and the transition from a traditional bank on an online bank was flawless. I was hesitant at first but my experience has been great. It’s terrific getting my check early but it’s more than that. My transfer from Zelle and PayPal also go through much faster. But the best part honestly, has been their customer support. Everyone has been knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and very easy to work with. This is coming from someone who was with the same bank for over 20 years, I haven’t regretted the change at all. I tell all my friends that Charlie has been a great experience and a wise decision.

My Charlie Account has been a Life-Saver for me!
My Charlie Account has been a life-saver for me! As one on Social Security, it is extremely important to be able to access my SS direct deposit early for so many reasons, to be able to pay my bills on time without late fees and so much more. In addition, Charlie is always offering new services, and thinking of new ways to help Seniors, which I greatly appreciate. And their Customer Service Team is absolutely Top-Notch, which means so much to me as well. I highly recommend Charlie for your banking needs!
