We where unable to get into our room…
We where unable to get into our room early which was ok, we where staying inside Wild Dunes. We where not even allowed to go inside and go to the beach until our property was ready, which we have done ever year that we have rented thru a a different company. All rentals are Saturday-Saturday, somehow they gave away Friday night to the people arriving the following week! I also called for an hour late check do to a very bad storm happening at the time and it was down pouring, which they allowed but after we checked out they where texting us asking us to please check out and they where coming to the property to make sure we where gone! I guess I thought that was rude and they where not any better informed that we already checked out and they had the keys to the property! Probably will never rent thru them again!

Thank you for your review. Occasionally with last minute reservations during the summertime season, homeowners will allow a not Saturday-Saturday reservation. Due to the last minute nature of the reservations in late July, this exception was made. We apologize for any miscommunication after your stay. This is not standard. We hope you enjoyed the property and your vacation on the Charleston Coast!
