This package includes a meet and greet, as well as items that will be shipped to you prior to the event. All of our lot pages have a "Shipping & Redemption" tab, which will detail the minimum processing and handling charge for any physical components included in the lot. Any lot featuring a physical component will also include the lot term "Additional shipping charges may apply based upon the location of the winner." which is typically applicable to larger items, or international shipments. I've asked our shipping team to reach out to confirm your shipping address so that our donor can ship your items, and someone on our customer concierge team will be connecting you with the event coordinator for this event shortly. Thank you so much for this feedback here. First, congratulations on your recent win, it is very nice to have you back on our site! Regarding our Buyer's Premium, as of 2019, this is charged on all auction lots across the site as is standard across auctions worldwide. Customers received a notice advising of the change and our FAQs were updated to reflect the same, but of course we understand it may not have been obvious as you returned back to the site. Our buyer’s premium not only helps us maintain a competitive space in the industry, it allows us to continually improve the experience for our nonprofit partners and customers and, most importantly, maximize the money raised for charity. In an effort to be upfront and transparent about these charges, we list the Buyer's Premium as item number 1 on our Conditions of Sale tab that you mentioned here. Hi A, Thank you for bidding with us! When a bid is placed during the final 10 minutes before an auction's designated close time, that close time will be extended by an additional 10 minutes from when the last bid is placed. As long as bidders keep bidding, that time will keep being extended. This allows competing bidders a chance to stay in the race and continue to bid on our unique items. The way we display our premium is in line with the industry standard. We alert you that there will be additional fees and call out our buyer's premium in the bid box, and our fees are outlined right at the top of our conditions of sale tab, which is present on every lot page.
