Thank you for reaching out to us here. We're seeing that your latest win is out for delivery, and you can expect to receive it shortly. Our shipping costs are based on the size and weight of an item, to ensure that it will get to you safely. We also feature a shipping and handling section on every lot page, which will disclose the minimum shipping cost for any given item. We're seeing that a team member has provided the contact information for the head of our shipping department, and he would be happy to answer any additional questions that you may have. Thanks for checking in with us here. Our Buyer's Premium fee goes as high as 20% maximum for each lot and is a fee standard across auction houses worldwide. This helps us keep operating as a business supporting different charities and make improvements to our site/overall experience. Though we're obviously sorry to hear it came as a surprise. We take feedback about our site seriously, and will use this input to continue to improve our messaging and customer experience. That said, we're indeed very strict when it comes to removing a bid with us. Removing or altering bids after the fact can undermine the integrity of what we do here, which is always to raise as much funds for the charitable causes and organizations that we partner with as possible.

Thank you for taking the time to write us this feedback. I'm sorry to hear you're not a fan of the buyer's premium fees and more importantly that it came as a surprise. That fee is indeed a part of all of our auctions since June of 2019. The buyer's premium is standard across most auction houses worldwide and helps us run and improve the platform for our customers. We have information about the fee listed in a few different places on our site, including our FAQ, but we will definitely pass along this feedback. Thank you again!
