The buyer’s premium is new since I last…
The buyer’s premium is new since I last won an auction on this site. That should be clearly stated on the auction, which it is not. It was a surprise fee and kinda ruined the experience.

Buyer Premium Missing on postings.
The suctions are fun and it's great to purchase on the website. I would like to see the Buyer Premium on each bid since the FAQ has a range. When bidding I don't like making assumptions, tell me what percentage is being charged on each item.

Thank you for your feedback! Buyer’s premiums on Charitybuzz currently ranges from 15%–20%, based on the final hammer price of the auction lot. Buyer’s premium rates are as follows : 20% on winning bids up to $50,000 15% on winning bids above $50,000

Love the Unique experiences
The Charitybuzz website has tons of unique ideas and options for travel, gifts, concerts, etc. If you have a destination, look for vacation packages you many never see anywhere else. Just want to get away, find something new. It's a very cool website and the website also allows Charity's to raise some money - it's just and extra Bonus

Surcharge snuck up on me. Make it more visible?
While technically I was informed in the middle of an inside page in advance, I was a bit shocked by the surcharge. On a phone needs to be more prominent. I would recommend putting the information on the front page of the offering. I also thought it was weird to put a range, and of course I got the highest one. The 20 percent surcharge was higher than a similar charity auction (not Charity Buzz) I bought a trip In. It’s all about transparency. I probably would have bid anyway. This is not a review of what I bought, which I expect to be the best adventure ever.
