We do our best to outline this fee on our FAQ page as well as the conditions of sale on our lot pages, but we can understand it could come as a surprise if you are not familiar. In an effort to be upfront about these charges, we list the Buyer's Premium as item number 1 on our Conditions of Sale tab that you mentioned here. At the time of your bid our team was happy to confirm that, due to the change in bedroom type, in the event you won this auction you would not have been charged. As is standard with any auction house, whether it be online, or in-person, each bid must be treated as legally binding. This ensures the integrity of our auctions and relationships with our charity partners. Merchandise is shipped via FedEx, either from Charitybuzz or directly from our donor, as quickly as possible after a credit card has been charged. In this instance your item is being shipped directly from the donor. We'll continue to work with them to make sure the item is processed on their end.
