We have fail-safes on our website that require multiple steps in order to enter a bid. Customers also receive emails each time their bids are accepted. Charitybuzz’s mission is to raise funds for the charitable causes and organizations that we partner with, and in order to protect the integrity of our platform we do not add, remove, or alter bids. Hi Ric, Thanks for your feedback. We try to be as accommodating as possible with our winners, but we cannot remove bids and we are pretty strict about this in order to maintain the integrity of our marketplace. All bids placed on the Charitybuzz website are legally binding. If you are the successful bidder, you will enter into a legal contract to purchase the item and will be considered the buyer of the lot. Our team is ready to assist in answering any questions you may have about an auction lot prior to placing a bid to ensure that you are bidding with full confidence.
