So far so good. Has helped me avoid 3 chargebacks which is truly important to us, as otherwise, we get problems with different platforms that we use. Support is very responsive and helpful too. Live chat is constantly there, which is awesome. Great company offering a great service!

Very good alerting service. It's not cheap but they do pick up most chargebacks before they reach Stripe. It's not perfect and some incorrect alerts do occur, but I think that's largely due to their upstream partners, and they are very responsive at fixing these issues. Wish there was a bit more filtering of alerts, but it is what it is.

The whole team was really awesome! Chargeblast is an amazing product. It’s more than just the product but how the team really conducts business. They are transparent and are super responsive when you call things out. I’ve now become a friend of the team and there’s no doubt they’ll continue to lead this innovative segment.
