SCAMMERS AND FRAUDULANT. please read all reviews about this company before you sign. Be care of their contracts. They took 7 months and couldn't get the implementation done. they charge every month service fee even if you are not live. in our case, we were 7 month into the contract and we were not live. $33,750 and WERE NOT ABLE TO GO LIVE. NEED A LAWYER TO GET OUT.

Really disappointed with this software. Absolutely awful - avoid. There are other suppliers in market such as Anatwine and Pentagon if you are looking for an alternative provider.

Billing nightmare. Our company went out of business after using CA for 11 years. Our contract auto renews every year unless we cancel it. The billing date is in December, but apparently the renewal date was 30 days earlier in November. After so many years, all I knew about was the billing date. I didn't even know the renewal date was 30 days prior. Anyway, I thought I canceled in plenty of time before the billing date, but apparently it was only 3 days before the contract renewal date. They wanted 30 days notice before the renewal date. So now they want to put me on the hook for an entire additional year at $10k for services that I have not used in months before my cancellation notice. And I still have not used it nor intend to use it because our business is closed down. I don't understand their need to bill me for 1 year in the future for a service that won't be used. Now our account has been sent to collections. Horrible company to do business with. It's completely unethical what they're doing. Fashion Bloom / Baby Town

They do not stop calling you.. And when you remove yourself from their list.. they keep calling... Years, every month or two.. They are terrible. Untalented, super expensive. Watch some youtube videos.. you can do way better than them UPDATE: Their response is a joke,,, I GUARANTEE i will keep getting calls, as they have continuously said they will stop, but dont. On another note, we tested out their service few years ago.. Waste of money

Worst experience ever. It took us more time to integrate to a marketplace with them, than fully develop all API connections ourselves. Very bad customer support and expensive solution. Check Lengow for a better software, support and prices.

The ABSOLUTE WORST. They sold us on a robust list of partners and then had no one on their integration list for us to use. They charged us -- a small start up -- $40,000 to "integrate" and then auto-renewed on a credit card even though they had not provided any service.

Channel Advisor sold us snake oil on their inventory sync for their Marketplace product, promising that it will integrate with our ERP system (Netsuite) and 3rd party fulfillment company we are working with. After 6 months of signing up with them, integration failed miserably, their support admitted that their API does not work properly for the inventory sync (which is the most important integration in a marketplace software), and they had the audacity to bill us for launch and continued use of the software. We called and emailed their sales and accounting department many times, and they completely ghosted us despite their continuing attempts to charge our credit card. I initiated a charge back on the set up fee, but they are fighting it. I personally left a message to their Chief Accounting Officer named Richard Cornetta, and I am still waiting for his return call. It seems like their billing department does not communicate with sales or support whatsoever. This company's mission seems to be to have their sales guys lie about their faulty product, secure contracts from ecommerce companies who are basing half their business on their software, and move on to the next sucker. Avoid working with this company at all costs!

We entered into an annual contract with Channel Advisor. They struggled to set us up on Amazon which took them 2 months with no setting aside of fees in this period. They include a 12 month auto renewal clause but do not provide any notice of the renewal. We cancelled on receiving the invoice on the anniversary but they are going legal to force us to work with them for another year. This is an unusual way to have a constructive business relationship. Avoid and set up on Amazon yourself as they add little value and prey on small businesses.
