After almost a month and being given 2…
After almost a month and being given 2 different tracking numbers I found out that my shoes were delivered to Aurora IL. I live in St.Louis. Absolutely horrible customer service. You will be dealing with a Chinese company and they have no clue about where our cities are located. I reached out when the second tracking number (the first one said they were shipped DHL and delivered to someone in Miami) said it was LA for 9 days without moving. Customer service finally responded and was told to check with my "local post office". LA is like 2000 miles from St Louis. I have reached out to my credit card company to try to get a refund. Good luck if you have to deal with their customer service.

We are currently experiencing delays with parcels due to increased volumes across the countries as well as continued COVID-19 restrictions. About the tracking number , logistics company provide 2 tracking numbers for some shipping method, one is origin tracking number which can track information before order arrives delivery station, another is destination tracking number which can track status when order arrives delivery office. Tutto bene.
Ordine effettuato e, pochi giorni dopo, pacco regolarmente consegnato. La qualità delle scarpe andrà valutata tra qualche tempo ma pare molto buona. Le scarpe sono inoltre molto comode!
