the table had a large crack in it when delivered and was hard to put together and doesnt look like the pics. Really dissapointed. The table only had 3 holes for the legs, i have to have a handyman come in and drill a 4th hole just to put it together.

Terrible customer service. I will never do business with this company again and have shared my experience with personal friends and family. Reply: and your failure to acknowledge that I selected the green chairs to my cart, and was then given a pop up message that the color I selected was out of stock, even though it showed in stock, then the system automatically changing my selection to black is why I will never do business with this company again. And your offer to tell me to keep the chairs for 10% refund is a joke. Your counter with 15% refund is a joke. And lastly your offer to ship back unassembled chairs in its original packaging and pay over $50 in shipping is also a joke. I’m in the middle of furnishing a home and was willing to spend a lot more money on future purchases and you waisted a new customer with an offer of $24-30 refund or $50 to ship back. Don't reply to me again about frustrations, because your customer service team isn’t concerned about making this right.

Reeturning process is no good, they charge to return anything and make it so complicated totally not worth it the stress, better to buy else where the makes buying and returning process stress free.

Ordered two chairs for delivery to White Plains NY. They got within 2 miles of my house and are now apparently on their way back to Canada. No updates from Chairus no help from Fedex.
