Hello Nick, Thank you for your detailed and valuable review. We’re delighted that you’re satisfied with the style, reasonable price and overall construction quality of the dining chairs. We will forward this issue to our product and quality team for immediate optimization to improve production precision of accessories and reserved holes. As furniture is vulnerable to collision and damage during transportation, we use thickened packaging materials to fully protect the products in transit. We totally understand your trouble with disposing of large amounts of packaging waste such as cardboard, styrofoam and plastic wraps. We will also keep optimizing our packaging design to cut down redundant materials and adopt more eco-friendly solutions later on. Thank you again for your honest feedback and support. We wish you a nice using experience and we will keep improving our products and service. Warmest regards, Chairus Team
