There initially was an issue with my order yet the customer service team made it right. My chairs are beautiful and the overall experience and product was worth it.

Hello Amber, We sincerely apologize for the missing item and poor service experience. After reviewing our email records, we can confirm that we have already offered a reshipment solution for your order. Since your order includes shipping insurance, we previously suggested contacting the insurance team as an additional step to help ensure the matter is handled thoroughly and in your best interest. We truly understand your disappointment, and we are here to support you. Thank you for your patience and for giving us the chance to make things right. Warmest regards, Chairus Team
