Absolutely dreadful customer service. Every response felt copy-pasted, dismissive, and designed to avoid addressing the actual issues raised. I provided detailed, itemised discrepancies and spent over two weeks trying to get straight answers, only to receive vague corporate deflections about “platform differences” and “acceptable variations.” The creators on the platform may be talented, but CGTrader’s handling of customer disputes is genuinely one of the worst support experiences I’ve had in 30 years of game development.

Handful of good models but mostly garbage. Don't trust ratings of models on the website, the sellers can just ask support to remove bad ratings. There are sellers such as ClockWorkCreations which do this so it appears they have a perfect rating but actually do not.

The STL purchasing process was very straightforward & quick! Will definitely use again.
