I'm working with Wildcat for some months. Pros: - They have lots of jobs with different levels of complexity - They are on-time with payments, they are honest about it (and that's the same when you sell your 3d models there) - They are expanding their customer base, as 3d visualization is everywhere Cons: - Their system is confusing, jobs don't render with quality - They have several communication issues, especially QAs - Your job is marked as failed sometimes with no acceptable reason or due to lack of communication - Their reference images are really bad (some improvement lately) - They do not accept any criticism, even a constructive one. I would love to see other 3d companies offering similar job systems. It would be good for everyone, as CGT would lose 3d modelers and they would start to consider our opinions and respect our work a little bit more. But you can earn something there and this is always important. It's definitely NOT a scam, but they need to be more open-minded and work more on their system and QAs.

If you are looking to sell/ buy 3d models of any kind then this is the right place, The support team is responsive and helpful and will resolve any issues even if sometimes it takes them a while. The community is super talented, active and welcoming and the website is super easy to use/navigate for both buyers and seller there are a few issues here and there but they rarely happen. Ive been with them since 2018. never had any major issues.their rates are around 65-75% after tax wich is a bit low, but still better than a lot of 3d marketplaces. so thank you cgtrader for making a 3d marketplace that doesnt suck.

Good, solid experience from discovery, purchase, support and resolution

CGTrader allowed someone to make a $129 purchase using stole card information. After looking at how the check out system works when you sign on as a guest, you don't have to do much and using stolen card information is made fairly easy. Unfortunately for me, I'll be traveling this week and will not have use my bank card for the trip, as my card has to be closed and the 5-7 business days it will take to get another is pointless. I'll also now have to sit on the phone with the bank to get all this resolved, go into all my existing accounts and update card numbers, loss of service on things that I may not remember to update and really just be inconvenienced all because they don't seem to care how they get paid out. So from me to CGTrader, thank you for ruining my weekend.

Tickets are quickly responded to and resolved, only they will mostly be done so in a really dehumanizing way. They will usually side with the accuser - the mighty corporation - instead of protecting the artist / seller. And they will not provide info on the reasons/proofs, only that 'they said so'. They hide behind 'the law requires us to remove/suspend/etc.' even when faced with obvious cases of fair use. Oh, and they will not inform you of said suspension/removal because the site does not have an auto-mail function implemented yet. In 2021. But rest assured, their guys 'are working hard on it'. LE: Yes, you have removed models because a corpo representative told you to; I knew that already, you didn't have to prove my point. And no, your approach still isn't acceptable. Also, since you finally managed to implement the basic functionality of an automated message system, have you also added the option for users to delete their own accounts or do they still require admin intervention?

A very professional, transparent and honest company. The support team is incredibly quick at replying and supportive to the users. I sell my 3D models on the platform for years, one of the best choices I made lately. Higly recommended.
