To be honest when I submitted the claim online I thought nothing would come of it or there would be a big hassle to get anything done based on previous experiences with other companies. But the next day I got an email reply that the claim was approved and there was contact information to get the repair done. The next day I got text messages (as requested) from the repair shop. New windshield, no cost, no problems.

Quickly responded to my claim and worked with my schedule to get my new windshield replaced. The calibration of the front camera proved to be difficult but the young man managed to get it done after calling Jeep. Great work!
