Technician was thoughtful well trained and patiently performed. Careful to explain his work afterwards and ensure through out the process no damage to the car as it is a rather invasive process to remove a windshield and care for all the technology incorporated in the windshield.

We live in an area filled with gravel trucks on every road. We have had 2 rock chips hit our windshield. The first one meant we had the windshield replaced and the second one was smaller and it was filled. We have noticed many times that smaller rocks have it the windshield and slid off not doing any damage. One call is all it took to place a claim. We are very appreciated of our Crystal Fusion protection and the service we have received.

Lightening fast response and approval. Simple process. Unfortunately, I waited 5 days for Draper Mercedes “glass department” to reach out to me for scheduling the installation and they never called. I finally called them.
