Claims on your chip window must be made within 72 hours or your claim will be denied! Buyer beware. It doesn’t matter that you have five years of warranty if you don’t make the claim within 72 hours or you don’t lie about when this happened, then your claim will be denied.

The wrong windshield was put in my vehicle. I had to take vehicle to dealership to figure this out . After taking it to dealership the glass company refused to pick up the bill .. even though it was their fault . And yes I called before and was told over and over it wasn’t there fault it was the correct window..

Crystal Fusion doesn't replace what you purchased. My Jeep came with a Gorilla Glass windshield. When it was cracked, they replaced it with an aftermarket windshield. This is like buying 10-ply tires and having a blowout, and it getting replaced with a 6-ply tire. Why do we pay for this warranty if it's not really replacing what we purchased? The price of an aftermarket windshield is less than half that of the Gorilla Glass. This is not a true warranty.

I have filed claims 3 times with Crystal Fusion and have always received prompt and courteous service. I highly recommend Crystal Fusion.

They fixed the cracks and it is very noticeable. The windshield should have been replaced. When I told them that it looked terrible they didn't care and denied the claim to replace it.

Honestly, the repair on the glass wasn’t up to standard. The “weld” is right in my line of sight, and unfortunately, they chose to repair it rather than replace the glass. Had the repair been done with better precision, this review might’ve looked different. I’ve seen other glass companies deliver much cleaner repairs to my customers vehicles being sold at Sewell would have expected an higher end repair, especially in critical areas like the driver’s view. The distortion is noticeable and, considering this was covered under an insurance policy that was sold to us in a different manner, the quality just doesn’t match what was promised or expected.

You have yet to provide the service we paid for. It’s been about 2 months waiting for a window shield. Supposedly it’s on back order. Please provide an update or schedule a date for replacement.
