Super helpful, willing to work with me, always had answers to every question I ever had. The only issue I had was with a $22 per month admin fee, after I had paid over $400 to enter the program. It was worth it though.

The wait time to speak with an agent was never long. Everyone was always very polite and knowledgeable.
