Pretty good overall

Did an excellent job getting me back on track. Though some creditors didn't quite adhere to the plans

I really appreciated this service as when I called to pay the Companies they would not work with me. But they did with CESI. I got them paid off and I will not have a credit card again like this!

Completely honest, and overall good experience. They got my cards to be under 10 % apr but I don’t understand why they delay paying the vendors for so many days. Also, the contract has a lot of typos which made me nervous about them when I signed up. Otherwise, they have stuck to their word and been easy to deal with.
