After pay the consoildation comapy amount off, i was still contacted by my credit card company amount unpaid. Also after a year of being with the service, they recieved more money you processing fees then what actually went to my card companies. I honesty paid it all off to be done with the process.

First I would like to say, the monthly service is wonderful. I have used them in the past and it has always been a pleasure. However, I recently called to request a bank change and was sent a form. was NOT told they would place my account on hold and not make payments. So I have creditors contacting me now, one has dropped me completely from the program. Once I was informed the account was placed on hold, I mailed in the change form along with a cancelled check about a month later I was contacted that they didn't get the check. So I went home from work (because I was told I had to get the check to them that day) got another check, came back to work, attempted to fax it 5 times without success, I then called back AGAIN, and got a young man on the phone. When I explained that the fax wasn't working his response was, "huh I dunno they are working fine on our end", he didn't offer to go look to see or anything. He told me to email the check. So I scanned it and emailed to the address he gave me. It bounces back! So I had to call AGAIN, this time I got a very helpful young lady who gave me her direct email and everything went through fine. I HOPE they are going to get things straightened out with my account and being dropped. Lack of communication and proper explanation on the changing bank policies really sucks!

Find somewhere else. It caused more problems than helped. No real negotioation to terms. Payments are not flexible and it cannot be paid over the phone or online or on an app. If you want to pay a bit more then you have to call them which is a nightmare and even then unless it is 5 business days or something like that within your payment date then nothing can be changed. Customer service people are rude, unhelpful and give you conflicting information. I highly recommend finding another company to help you.

My credit score went from 670 down to 535 ever since I trusted your company to help me!!! All you have done was make my life more miserable!!! I'm very disappointed :(

I found out few of my debts were not acceptibg this consolidation. I have not heard from CESI in regards to any of these declines or about anythibg since I signed up. They just take your money and do not care about anythibg else.

I have a lot of debt and was trying to find a solution outside of bankruptcy to solve it. I thought CESI was great at first but the guy just made it seem that way. I was told my cards wouldn't be cancelled if I unrolled in this program, then 5 cards that I had were cancelled and when I called back, they said there was nothing they could do and they didn't make the decision to close the accounts and the essentially that rep lied to me. So while my credit when to crap; they sit back and continue to lie and get away with it.
