DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! They have no customer service. This is the worst company I have worked with in a long time. They did not mail the certificate needed for the insurance reduction after completion of the course. I gave them an extra 14 days. When I called, they did not have a direct way to access customer support. When I did access customer support, they would not transfer me to a supervisor. I said that I expected expedited delivery because of how long it has taken them to comply with their advertised timeline. All I got was an email that it would take another 14 days. I've reported them to the BBB. I will also be contesting the charge for the course with the credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!!

The app is not designed for mobile devices. You can’t do full screen, and many of the buttons are non-responsive. You spend more time navigating the screen to try to see all of it and then you do absorbing content. It’s a really poorly designed app.

I had multiple issues with my users who had entered the wrong information on the field to whom the diploma would have gone. Mira helped and solved my issue.

Thieves. I paid for a "Complete 7-year driving record." They charged me around $30, sent me a very incomplete record. Their website bot said "Sorry - Go to the DMV to get your complete record" I demanded a refund. Their computer bot refused. What a friggin' ripoff company! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
