Really bad

Really bad, i paid so much on the delivery and you've sent it to the other side of the countrey, you are not responding to any of you supporting email or help on the matter, really disappointment experience, and after i've paid too much on this shipping 75$ i've to drive 3-4 hours to get my package ?!!?! which i need free day to do it, really really bad experience Why you've requested shipping address if you are not sending it to the shipping address ??!!?

Hello Omer, have you checked your spam? All emails you have sent have been responded to very promptly. With all due respect I am not sure what you are referring to so I will paste all correspondence concerning this matter. The time stamp on the first email is a 15-minute response and the second email 45 minutes and that was after a call to DHL. Have you ever had an international package delivered before? It can take a bit of time to get through your country’s customs and this might be a way of expediting. I'm really not sure but this service actually cost us $93.35. I apologize for any inconvenience you may have but we shipped your package to your house address.
