I placed an order for $103.38 on July 11, it was processed on July 12, and it is now Aug 16th and still no product. I tried sending emails, crickets. I went through my bank and disputed the charge. Scam!

I placed an order on 6/20/26 for $195.02 for two dogs and never received merchandise or certificates! The company doesn't respond to emails and their online support form just gives an error as well as I left numerous voicemails over last few weeks and no one ever returned my calls! I think this company is a SCAM. Dont waste your money and time!

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) Extremely disappointing experience. I placed order #22911 and received neither a confirmation email nor any meaningful update regarding the status of my purchase. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I have been unable to obtain a clear answer about whether my order has even been processed, let alone when it will be shipped. The complete lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. When a company takes a customer’s money, the very minimum it should provide is order confirmation and basic status updates. Instead, I have been left chasing information and receiving no satisfactory response. At this point, I am seriously questioning the reliability of this company. Customers should think carefully before placing an order if they expect timely communication or professional customer service. I will update this review if the company finally provides an explanation and resolves the situation. Until then, my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

First time using service and Very disappointed we never received the product sent email to customer service and no response back.

The service does not work for residents outside the USA. Even if Adam tells you otherwise, if you're Canadian and traveling abroad, the regulations are different and the certification is no more valuable than what you can buy on Amazon. I never received my refund even though I returned all the equipment. It was a bad experience for me.

This is a guy who left a great review after my package went missing. Once this company had my “Good” Review… they SH*T on me. Service dog certification of America does not honor their 100% guarantee. (No matter what there website says). When I explained, I never received my package, they wanted to charge me additional funds to resend the package. I told them this was unacceptable as I had already paid for expedited mail services. When I asked for a refund, I was told I would only receive a partial refund not the full amount I was charged. VERY DISAPPOINTED in these jokers!!!

I strongly recommend AVOIDING this service. A self-made certificate and "registration card" were sent (granted, those were sent promptly). The card even has a typo on it, which is a clear indication that it is nothing of official value. Indeed, our landlord wanted to verify with the professional who prescribed the ESA, and that's when the folks from SDCA simply disappeared. Not answering phone calls, emails, nothing. I tried looking up the registration on their website with the "registration ID" they "issued" the dog, but it turned up as nothing. I'd say you get what you pay for but for that to be true, I would have had to pay ZERO. Their services are useless and their online statement of "100% satisfaction guarantee" is meaningless.
