Certified PartsReviews of certified-parts.com

I recently had a frustrating experience with this website that I feel compelled to share. I placed an order, but despite my excitement, the item never arrived. After multiple attempts to contact customer service for assistance, I received no response. It’s disappointing to think I wasted both my time and money here. I would strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to proceed with caution. There are plenty of other reliable options out there, so save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere!

I very rarely review anything, but this company is crap. I ordered my part several weeks ago and I still haven't received it. They've provided no tracking number, nor will they respond to customer service emails. Don't waste your time with this company.

Ordered a part over 7 days ago, contacted the “Customer service” yesterday and today to get updates. Was told both times there was no update, both times they were pushing to refund the order, when I told them wanted the part I paid for and would keep checking for updates the car cancelled my order because I told him to do his job and get me the part I already paid for.

Ordered a month ago. Emails aren't answered. Calls go straight to voice mail. I'm doing a chargeback with my bank to get money back.

Absolutely horrible experience. Don't try to save a buck going through them. It took over a month to ship the product. I did my research and had the exact part number I needed from the manufacturer. Their website indicated the interchange part was a fit, so I ordered. It took well over a month for the part to ship. I sent no less than 15 emails before I could get a reply, and a lot of phone calls. When I got someone on the line, it was the same guy every time. It felt like a basement operation. There was always a new story as to why the product hadn't shipped, including that USPS only allows them to ship so many packages per day and that they originally pulled the wrong product, but they caught the mistake and that delayed things. I wasted so much time and not having a functional appliance for that length of time was very problematic. When the part was no where close to the right size, they first blamed the manufacturer, then, blamed me for not doing my research. They charged me almost the full price of the product as my shipping fee and refused a refund. That may be the actual business model. Sell very cheap stuff that they know won't work, but make money off of the shipping of such components. Spend the extra money and go to a reliable source.

Called ahead - part was in stock. I ordered right away, was told delivery in about a week…. Sent several messages never a response. Cancelled order after 30 days.

I placed the order early October for a part. Online said it'll be delivered within a week or two. After 4 weeks, I called them to find out what's going on only to find out they don't have the part. It's apparently defective and nobody bothered to let me know. Not using their service again.

The order was placed 18th March, finally received confirmation-that the order was received on Apr 5. The delivery started Apr 10th and received today-Apr 27. More than 2 weeks. It is the correct part, but although it states it is a refurb, I didn't expect it to be dirty!? It is a dishwasher filter, and still has the debris from the previous dishwasher!!! Thoroughly disgusted. I contacted the company last week as the shipping was taking so long, but to date there has been no response.
