Hey Sandy, thanks for the feedback. Would love to hear more about what you mean when you say you want more options. Also, your policy documents are in your customer portal, which you were sent a link to when you purchased. We also send an email letting you know your policy is there when you renew. The policy is a PDF file, so you can download and print it any time you like. Thanks so much for being a customer.

Hey May, we are definitely nothing remotely like a scam. We're backed by a 100+ year old workers' comp carrier with an "Excellent" rating by AMBest - the World's largest credit rating agency. It is true that our prices are so affordable that it can feel unreal. But we're real. And we have a great many happy small business customers that know it. If there is certain information you're looking for, our Learning Center on our website is pretty deep. Otherwise, just reach out!
