Hello, we're sorry you had this experience. Our support team would have loved to assist you, although on our end, it doesn't appear that you reached out. Regarding having issues with our website, it looks like you were able to create two certificates of insurance with us, one a day after purchasing and the second two weeks before requesting cancellation.
