I think they have a great support program. I recently bought this product and technically it was good but physically we had have some issues. They support staff for empathic and took my advice on board. I would have no hesitation buying another pair from this group. Great product also

I'm trying to get adjusted with the hearing aides. I had a problem with the case making a buzzing sound. I sent that set back and was replaced. Support Martha helped me with a new set. The new set is working well and I getting adjusted to the new set. Thank you for all your help!!

Having (4) previous hearing aids all the way from $5,000.00 per pair to $85.00 for a pair. No matter the amount of money invested, there are winners and losers at every level. After wandering around looking, buying, trying and being disappointed each and every time, I found Ceretone Fusion and everything just fit. When they say no problems with squelch, you can believe that. When I have a squelch event, it is always after just having installed the devices in each ear. When that happens, I counteract the problem with the really impressive 'noise cancellation' system already installed in the devices. I do not have to try to fix the problem (16) times. Two to three times is all I need, the system is far superior to all the others I have used.

They sell aids that really work as described. I had to contact them twice because I was doing something wrong and they responded to my email almost immediately. They understood the problem and offered advice on how to fix my concern. Then they followed up to make sure all was well. So, great product and great follow up service. Love this company.

Although I wound up returning the product (Ceretone Beacon), I had a terrific experience with the company, and Johanna in particular. I decided to return the hearing aids, because I decided I didn't want the behind-the-ear design (although they fit well and provided effective amplification). The Bluetooth feature was awesome for both music and phone calls; however, I would have trouble getting the left side to connect (it typically would connect after a reset in the charging case). I have no doubt that the company would have resolved this issue because of how seamless they made the return process. Johanna responded to my messages immediately, kept an eye on the return processing, and let me know when the package had been received, as well as when the refund was processed. She could not have been more helpful and pleasant, and I received a full refund after utilizing nearly the full 60 days of the trial period. I would recommend the company based on my experience, and I would be 100% comfortable ordering from them again.
