I've had hearing aids before, but I wanted to try these because they are smaller and volume can be adjusted independently, and they fitted well. Unfortunately they were not for me, they seem to be just amplifiers with three settings. They picked up the voice of the loudest person in the room, and the sound was very high treble. They were not as good as my old cheaper aids. I returned after a few days but it took almost two months for my refund, after numerous emails. Im only reviewing on here because they asked for a review, 1 to 10 by email, and it would not allow me to put any other number than 10. These aids might be great for some people, just not for me.

I wanted to buy your hearing aid. But because of the reason that I don't have a credit card, I couldn't buy the product. So, I want you to add check payment for those people who don't have credit cards. Then more people will be able to buy your hearing aid.
