Although the hearing aids would not fit in my small ear canals the support was great and i received my refund within 10 days!

I had an issue with missing parts from my package. The customer service rep, Martha, went beyond regular service to help me resolve the issue and make sure I received what I needed and that I was satisfied. I mean Martha should be the norm of customer service at every company, sadly she is the exception. Well that makes Martha Exceptional!! in my books.
