Alexis has been very responsive and helpful with all the ticketing for us. She has been super available at all hours even though she is based out of Europe. The pricing is very reasonable for Business Class. Hoping the flights will be good experiences as well. Also hope our seat selection can be made in advance of the flights...

Trinity Torre rocks!
Trinity Torre is our agent. Every day she diligently watched the EVA flight to Vietnam to snap up one of the business seats as soon as it became available. I felt she was as invested in getting the seat as we were and we very much appreciated the time she spent to get that seat. Besides, she is kind and patient and was careful to keep us informed which lessened our anxiety that we might not get the seat.
