Xavier is the man. He helped us so much and was patient with our requests. Our flights needed extra time and work and he got it done. Thank you so much Xavier!!!!! Greg Hamilton Melissa

This was an excellent experience

Professional, took ownership of our needs, respectful of every question

Bea was very friendly, caring and responsive. She got back to me very quickly and tried to reach me as soon as she knew of the change in flights. When she could not reach me on the phone, she took care to send an email and text message ensuring she got in touch with me. In all her interactions, she showed she cared for me as her customer.

Bea was exceptional in her patience, detail, and persistence to find me the flight that suited my needs best.
