CentimentReviews of centiment.co

Centiment was phenomenal. They had the perfect panel for my needs, and their client support representative was incredibly helpful in making sure we designed our survey properly. The price was more than reasonable, and we would be happy to use Centiment again in the future. We've already run two surveys with them!

Being a start up and finding it on our own, we were looking for lots of guidance especially never doing a survey before and only having one chance since it was our own money. Centiment was able to help us thoroughly and guide us in the right direction in order to see the results were looking for. They ran tests they helped us create the survey and advise as to the pitfalls of what not to put in our survey. They delivered exactly what they said they would do in a timely fashion for a fair price.

I strongly recommend Centiment above all other market research companies. Their customer service and prompt responses set the company apart from competitors. The ability to speak to the representative that manages your survey is convenient and assures that the company understands quality service. The account representative, Derek, provided timely feedback, answered all questions, and diligently kept track of the deployed questionnaire assuring for the success of data collection. Thank you Derek and Centiment!

Centiment is an amazing organization. I came to the team (on a Sunday morning) with a complex list of needs on a limited budget for COVID-19 research. Kurt and Derek helped me every step of the way and made sure we could get solid data within a strict timeline, working with a team across three countries, and within our budget. They helped me every step of the way and were honestly the only company I would recommend working with and the only company I will work with in the future. The dataset is solid and I am incredibly impressed!

Best price in town when compared to other survey audience providers. The staff is always very responsive and knowledgeable in terms of survey research. From start to finish, Centiment is always there with a live representative to answer any questions or concerns you may or may not have. What makes Centiment an incredible company to work with is the on-hand support that they offer. Always a pleasure working with them, hence why we choose Centiment yet again and again.

We compared three survey audiences: Centiment, Pollfish, and SurveyMonkey Audiences. Centiment stood out because it was the only service where a live person held our hand through the process. We got feedback on how to improve our survey and a suggestion to use an "attention check" question for confirming participants were reading the questions. So helpful. Pollfish was the cheapest per response, but they also had a lot of low quality, one word answers on open ended questions. SurveyMonkey was three times the price, and we never got the volume of responses we ordered, even though it was half of what we wanted from Centiment. For additional context, I was targeting marketing/advertising professionals. I will definitely use Centiment again.

Super quick to respond, even over the holidays. The team was very knowledgable and friendly. The turnaround time was about 5 days from the final delivery for the deployment of the survey to having the full results. I've used other vendors before at other organizations (they weren't great), but this was the first time with my current company. We were a little nervous since this was a new endeavor for us but it proved well worth it. The price was also very competitive, and I searched around for a while. I highly recommend Centiment.

The staff is very responsive and expertise in service. The experience with centiment was really wonderful. I strongly recommended it to my friends. But I was wondering when Centiment could help to collect data of text writings. My friends now are also in great need of such kind of data. Thank you.
