CentimentReviews of centiment.co

I used Centiment to do market research (survey) for my idea. The team at Centiment is very responsive and the process to on-board to their platform and run the survey was very smooth and straightforward. I was able to view my results on their platform and then download it for further analysis as well. Their pricing model is very competitive and they have a good audience panel segmentation as well. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family and would personally use them again for another survey that I need to do in future.

Centiment met our needs in every way. Evan was thorough, responsive, and clearly understands survey research--a necessity on complex projects like ours. We were impressed with the representativeness of the sample – there was only a few places that were undersampled – Latinos and HH with incomes between $75 and 150k—both of which are understandable. That we got that many Latinos was impressive given we did not have a Spanish Translation. Much better than we’ve done with our sample frames. We'll use Centiment again and I recommend them without reservation.

I used Centiment for academic research support - they were timely, affordable, and had tremendous customer service. Evan Karpus made sure that the experience was top-notch throughout.

I cannot stress enough how big of a fan I am of Centiment. Even with tough to reach audiences (like nurses in specific states during a pandemic!), they deliver. Their customer service is phenomenal and the price of their services are highly competitive. They have won me as long-time customer and I hope you will check them out if you need a quantitative sample.

I contacted Centiment on Nov 30 with a RUSH job (in my mind, RUSH was before Christmas). Derek worked with me to get the entire project fielded correctly and COMPLETED by December 8th. Amazing turnaround time and excellent quality. Equally important is the fact that you have a real partner, not vendor, in the data collection process.

Centiment provided a great partnership opportunity to meet the needs of my research initiative. I personally worked with D. McIntosh. He was professional and provided proper guidance in ensuring my research sample was an adequate representation of the population for my scholarly research. In comparison to other available panel services, Centiment offered a competitive price, a live representative, and a quick turnaround. Their services exceeded my expectations.

Deep targeting, quality responses, great support and guidance, and integration with SurveyMonkey. Couldn't be happier.

Really great service, attentive, competitively priced and fast results! 10/10 would recommend.
