CentimentReviews of centiment.co

As a user researcher, I had several great collaborations with Centiment. I felt like I was in good hands because of the smooth communication with Centiment, accurate turnaround time, and quality survey data. They always kept me informed during the entire process, so I knew what to expect. They always returned quality data based on a schedule we agreed on. And they always went extra miles, providing suggestions and turning the survey into a better one!

I needed telemedical patient perceptions about their medical procedure. Sammy, at Centiment, was extremely responsive helped me navigate the process efficiently. Sammy, was very professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive to all my needs. Quality data was collected quickly. I strongly recommend Centiment for survey research data.

We created then launched a survey panel with Centiment in a matter of days. The tool was easy to use and we had awesome support for any questions along the way. We’ll definitely use again and would recommend.

I was researching a number of companies to help us conduct a survey with university students. Centiment was extremely responsive from the get-go and was very informative about the process and answering my questions. Once we decided to go with Centiment, our project manager, Sammy, was extremely helpful, going above and beyond in reviewing our survey, making recommendations, etc. We received our results in less than a week and the data was extremely helpful for our project. Would definitely recommend using them!

I got the chance to work with Centiment on a recent research project. They were extremely responsive, which I appreciated, far more so than any other company I contacted. I changed the plans several times along the way as the research project unfolded, and they were more than willing to accommodate my changing needs. We got the data we needed, and even a little extra. There was one tiny hiccup along the way, and they took care of it quickly and effectively.

The service was outstanding from quoting to data collection output. Recruitment, test, and completion had an exceptional turnaround time. Overall it was a great experience

I am a doctoral candidate doing research on nurses' workplace behaviors post COVID-19 and needed to reach RNs willing to help me on my research goals. My project manager at Centiment was helpful in scoping out my project and setting my research to the right audience. I was able to get responses within 2 weeks.

We came to Centiment with a very specific and hard-to-get panel need and they delivered with quality responses from our target group. The process is easy and customer service excellent (thanks, Evan!). We will definitely use their services again for future projects.
