Great staff at the Cromwell location!

The Staff and Doctor were great. Procedure was very pain-free and easy to tolerate. My only complaint would be the quoted expense was not completely true. There was more out-of-pocket expense that I was not expecting to pay and hurt my budget.

At my appointment I was told a healthcare service would be contacting me to set up lymphatic drainage massage for my legs. They never contacted me. When I called back to let center for vein restoration know, I was told to contact the healthcare service on my own. Another agency came out to measure my feet and legs so that I can get leg pumps and they'll be covered under insurance. That person came and did the measurements and I've never heard anything back from ANYONE from center for vein restoration or the two agencies that they work with. Not good.

The people were nice but as for the procedure, I was VERY disappointed on how the staff handled it. They never mentioned what was going to take place during the process. (I was petrified and in tears) I feel that they should have explained what steps they were taking PRIOR my experience. I did not know what questions to ask before and they offered no assistance since the procedure was not explained. I will not recommend them to anyone unfortunately. I hope that I don't need a follow-up visit because I'll suffer with the pain instead of going back.

I appreciated their efforts to find out why I have so much swelling. They thoroughly checked my veins with an ultrasound before Dr. Kelsey gave her best diagnosis. I appreciated her efforts to show her understanding and the challenges that my diagnosis comes with.

They are courteous, professional, knowledgeable - true professions!

MY LEGS FEEL BETTER! I do not get as many leg cramps as I did before the procedures. The Doctor and all the people who work there are professionals and very kind.

I was disappointed. The wait was long, the appointment was rushed, no advice except sock received, complains were dismissed, time spent with the doctor literally was three minutes! I was disappointed on the phlebology knowledge level in general the doctor had, she did not provide me with any recommendations in regards to widely available on the US market treatments, such as phlebodia 600, diosmin, etc.
