When picking up leg wraps, staff should give in person training on how to put these on. Also no mention made that you need to purchase new shoes to accommodate foot wrap. Also wanted to see treatment room and could not. I am still concerned about the set up. I cannot lay flat on a table for the procedure.

The staff ordered compression wrap for foot and leg. Foot one was way too small! Called office twice and no response to the issue. Person on phone stated that exchanging it would be an issue! But no call from nursing staff!

Vi havde besøg af Center for Søvn i maj, da vi oplevede udfordringer med vores barns søvn. Vi havde en rigtig sød og imødekommende kvinde på besøg, men vi blev desværre overraskede over, hvor lidt vi konkret fik ud af besøget og den efterfølgende opfølgning. De råd og fif, vi fik, var i høj grad ting, vi selv kunne have læst os til. Vi havde håbet på en mere konkret og individuel vejledning samt en klar plan for, hvordan vi kunne arbejde videre med vores barns søvn. Det følte vi desværre ikke, at vi fik. Vi betalte 3.000 kr. for forløbet og sad efterfølgende med en følelse af ikke rigtigt at have fået den hjælp, vi havde brug for. Det gjorde vi også opmærksom på, men fik at vide, at det var en proces. Desværre oplevede vi ikke, at situationen ændrede sig væsentligt efterfølgende. Selvom den kvinde, vi havde besøg af, var utrolig sød og behagelig, ville jeg personligt ikke anbefale at bruge 3.000 kr. på et søvnforløb hos Center for Søvn.

Just became too painful with no solution. I am going elsewhere.

First of all the guy Robert Anderson who started this whole process isn't there anymore Not sure y but no explanation he's just gone he did the 1st procedure and that's it. So kinda bummed about that then get someone else and.. I just don't know... Also I get more cramps in my legs than ever before. So not sure if I am going to do any more.

Have gone to the office in Fairfax. While the staff there was very helpful I experienced a problem with some garments that were the wrong size. I went back to the office and was informed that a mailing slip would be sent to me via Email on 3 different occasions. This date I have yet to receive this return mail slip. I have provided my email and the correct spelling of the address.. Very disappointed after having a very good experience with the staff and the Dr. Vu.

I feel I was not taken seriously about my pain, The nurse said there was a little problem with my veins but the Dr came in and said nothing was wrong with them. Referred me to get Velcro leg wraps and the facility I was sent to had no idea what I was talking about. Dx me with lymphedema but after exam I can barely walk now. The pain and heaviness has gotten worse.
