Everyone are very friendly. Explain procedure or problem so you can understand what is going on. I highly recommend Vein Restoration.

Professional, caring staff. Dr. Alperhn explains everything he is doing before, during and after procedures.

The staff is wonderful and personable. Information flows freely and explanations are given professionally and for the patient.

While I am satisfied with the clinical results, the billing and insurance component leaves much to be desired. There has to be transparency from the beginning about what will or will not be covered. Every patient has that right. I have continued after a year, to receive very high statements, while paying all along, as statements came up. When I challenged the last one, I was told it would only be half that. Your billing department leaves much to be desired! This experience has been exasperated by the fact that a receptionist assured me that our "very good insurance" would cover everything.

My appointment was very in depth. I was asked a lot of questions about what was going on. Then the Dr came in and checked my legs then we did the most thorough ultrasounds I have had. Then the Dr reviewed the images and my legs again to verify everything. My Dr was wonderful!

Great people, scheduling is excellent, results are fantastic so far.
