Being a patient at Center of Vein Restorations in Annapolis was a very friendly and beneficial experience from the doctor to each of his staff even down to scheduling each of my appointments. I am very pleased with their service.

There was a long wait before my procedure. The surgery tech and ultrasound tech were helpful and friendly. I asked them if this was an unusually busy day, and they said "not really". I have severe arthritis in my spine, and I get a little dizzy when I change positions from lying flat to sitting. The minute i was sitting up I was rushed to get up and into my wheelchair. The surgery tech stated that they had to get set up for the next procedure. There is no reason to dawdle, but I feel that I was rushed out. Before the procedure an office person gave me the date of my next appointment (written). I was to return in one week. There was no confirmation of the date and time by the office which is what they usually do. On the morning of the appointment day I called the office and they told me that my appointment was in another week. My husband had taken a day off from work. Now he has to take another day off for my next appointment.

I’ve never had my veins checked out before so the whole process was a little foreign to me. I had an ultrasound of my legs to make sure they’re properly circulating. Luckily everything came back normal which is great. The ultrasound tech was super nice and explained everything he was doing throughout the appointment. I would definitely recommend the Center for Vein Restoration if you are looking for answers!

SADLY, DR. TOLITANO STOPPED MY TREATMENT PLAN MIDSTREAM, NOT FINISHING MY RIGHT LEG. I AM A SENIOR, WHO IS DIABETIC and DID NOT APPRECIATE THIS INCONVENIENCE, AFTER HIS STAFF MADE 4 APPTS TO FINISH. WHEN INQUIRED TO HIS REASONS, IT CAME DOWN TO HIS PERSONAL and/or PROFESSIONAL DISTANCING FROM MY PRIMARY DOCTOR, AND HE WAS DROPPING ALL HIS PATIENTS . THIS HAD NOTHING TO DO W I TH ME & I AM APPALLED TO BE TREATED IN THIS MANNER. I HAVE GIVEN DR. T. TIME TO REMEDY THIS SITUATION BY FINISHING HIS TREATMENT PLAN, BUT HE HAS REFUSED. I AM LOOKING INTO POSSIBLE FUTURE ACTIONS. I HAVE NEVER HEARD A DR. DOING SUCH UNETHICAL ACTIONS AGAINST A PATIENT, BECAUSE oF HIS RELATIONSHIP W ANOTHER DR. IT'S UNBELIEVABLE, AND I THINK IT SHOULD BE REMEDIED. G.L.G.
