The doctor was uninterested, spoke down to us and was downright rude. Liao was virtually useless. Considering he was recommended, we expected much more. Better off going to a doctor with real credentials from a reputable medical school. Stick to varicose veins and leave real medical issues to the pros. Little man, big complex. Two stars because his staff was kind and apologetic for his behavior.

The people were really nice and explained what they were gonna do. The Doctor was really informative and explained to me so I could understand why the procedure was not the best for me.

I had a phone appointment that I never heard from my doctor. When I called to check on it I got a call center who could also not get in touch with my doctor's office. I was never able to talk to my doctor without driving to the office. The phone system is not working. As a patient I would like to be able to talk with the doctor or the nurse within 24 hours if I have a question.

By taking 2 buffered aspirin before bedtime, and doing 150 toe stands after my third twitch, I am able to sleep the rest of the night, every night. Really!

Dr. Kim saved me!
Dr. Pamela Kim, Ashley and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing. Dr. Kim has been like an Angel in my life. I have been seeing Dr. Kim since the first week in January and she has been Incredible. I have been having a lot of problems with my legs since after my 10yr old was born. I never knew anything about veins other than they carry blood flow to and from my heart. Lol!!
No! Seriously. In Jun 2021, I noticed a sore on my left shin & I had no clue where it came from but since then it grew 20x it's original size. I had been suffering such pain for so long but I never knew your veins could pretty much pop and cause Veinous Ulcers but it happened and it has been awful. I honestly thought I was going to die. I looked like a zombie snacked on my left leg. In September, I went to 3 Boston Hospitals which, to my surprise did absolutely NOTHING AT ALL TO HELP ME AND 3 OF THE BIGGEST, BETTER HOSPITALS IN BOSTON, MA. ALL I GOT FROM THEM WAS COVID 19. I WORE A MASK AND I had been holding off going to the ER for that very reason. I have a 10yr & 16yr old boys and also a mother with COPD. The holes in my leg got so bad that I went online to find a new PCP and I put in the search doctors that specialize in veins and I accidentally found the Center for Vein Restoration website so I filled out the questionnaire online then requested a consultation, I uploaded pictures of the ulcers on my leg and within 24 hours someone called me to set up an appointment, it was the best thing I ever did. I have been receiving treatment on my legs weekly at the Woburn office and have also been to the Framingham office.
In my first meeting with Dr.Kim she explained my condition & vein disease and she did so, in such a way that I could actually understand what she was telling me and what was wrong with my legs. She also explained to me how they could have gotten that way and also how she could help me fix them. It's been 6 weeks since I started receiving treatment the ulcers on my leg, one that was the size of a 7-Eleven extra large size slurpee cup and is now reduced to the size of the Walnut and almost 3/4 of the way closed with fresh skin growing on an ulcer that would not grow skin or do much to heal since June; 9 months ago! I am so grateful to Dr. Kim & Ashley & the rest of the staff

Center For Vein Restoration-Mesa Az, Dr. Morrison-
I visited the Mesa AZ, Center For Vein Restoration, for a varicose vein procedure, called venous seal or glue procedure. Dr. Morrison, performed the procedure. he is totally professional, brilliant vascular doctor, highly educated, accomplished, great credentials. He also teaches as well. He was gentle and thorough. He called me the next day, performed the two leg procedure with great talents, followup. My suggestion only would be, to warn the patients a little more when proceeding with any next process on their leg, its quite uncomfortable even though an anesthetic is given. If you don't want a patient to move, best to warn them when doing something new on the leg. The second recommendation is to understand each visit costs a copay, if in a PPO medicare advantage plan, copays for this plan, $40, each time you walk into the office. So many visits costs that each time you walk into the office. They were scheduling too many visits a week apart, following the procedure, during Christmas week. it was getting costly. I had an issues with that discussed with the office staff.
