Customer service and communications with CellXpo was excellent. I would not hesitate to place another order with CellXpo. I ordered a mouse meant for a MAC computer. I sent an email to customer service and asked if they could cancel the MAC mouse, so that I could order the correct mouse. Customer service promptly cancelled the order, refunded my money, and did not charge a restocking fee.
