CellXpoReviews of cellxpo.com

I ordered 2 lifeproof cases. They acknowledged my order. They arrived in the mail. They were exactly as requested. The only hiccup was that they did not send shipping information. After a week and a half, I sent them an email asking about shipping and they happened to arrive to my home on that same day. They responded quickly to my email with info that they had been delivered.

I double and triple checked when I received the headset, I checked all the numbers, with my other headset that I bought from Best Buy. Thank goodness I see no refurbished. But I will say their communication methods suck. It does take forever to get through. I ordered a blue and I got a black set. It was missing the little Clips to keep the excess wire from the earbuds out of my way. I took the other Clips off my old headset to put on the new headset. So far everything works. I haven't had a problem. It did take forever to pair it, but it finally worked.

At first I was skeptical about CellXpo when I did not receive my order. Wrote an email to customer service and found out that the Jabra BT 8040 Bluetooth headset that I had order was not in stock. CellXpo offered another Jabra headset instead but elected to change the order to getting the Bluetooth_Car_Kit-TZ700 speaker system with no additional charge. I confident that the product will arrive in a timely manner. I would buy from them again in the future.

I recently purchased a bluetooth and unfortunately the unit would not go into pairing mode. With no questions asked, the CSR replaced the product before even receiving the defected return. I am confident the new model will perform satisfactorily and am pleased with this vendor. I will recommend Cellxpo to my friends and colleagues.
