We understand how upsetting this must be, especially with delicate and sparse lashes, and this is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. For removal, we recommend using a gentle oil-based or waterproof eye makeup remover and allowing it to sit on the lashes for about 15–20 seconds before gently wiping downward without rubbing.
