The company was attentive to me when I did not receive my order, and communicated the steps I needed to take to obtain the product. I am impressed with their helpfulness and concern. The mascara is wonderful! A perfect brown for lighter complexions, and so easy to apply and remove. At age 77, I've FINALLY discovered the perfect non-smudge mascara that enhances my naturally long eyelashes without looking like I've come out of the movie, "Whatever Happened to Baby Jane."

The brush on the mascara made all the difference. Other expensive mascara just have the tube like brushes. This one works separated my eyelashes and I don't look like spider legs.

I was very impressed with the way it made my lashes pop with length. I had to slow down and quit swiping ..LOL I ordered the brown, and that's fine for daywear.But when I decide to go out in the evening, I need that black and i'm going to get a black one too.I was very happy with my purchase. I was impressed with the fact that it didn't clump up and stick to my lash, with other brands, I've had to use edge of Klennex to smooth it off. I recommend this to anybody that has sparse lashes, like I do and very light ones.It's worth it. You're worth it!!
