The mascara went in very easy and did catch every lash. It wasn't as volumizing as I had hoped. It did lengthen the lashes so they showed up.

We recommend using a waterproof or oil-based makeup remover and letting it sit on the lashes for 15–20 seconds before gently wiping — no rubbing needed. I love the way it goes on and stays on but it is very hard to remove. I feel like I am pulling out my lashes even when I use makeup remover for waterproof mascara.

Because the formula is long-lasting, it does need a bit of time to break down. We recommend using a gentle oil-based or waterproof remover, holding it on the lashes for 15–20 seconds, then wiping softly downward — no rubbing. Service was quick, the reason I didn't give it a 5 is because, I thought my lashes would be much longer. I have tiny lashes, it does help, but need several coats and then look like spider legs. First coat looks good, but still small lashes

I am so pleased to find good quality mascara in a true brown (elderly,, fading strawberry blonde, fair complexion). My only negative comments - the brush works pretty well on upper lashes, is difficult to get color on lower lashes; and somewhat difficult to remove mascara when needed.
